By using DigiTechs Solutions services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

DigiTechs Solutions provides IPTV setup and configuration services. We supply credentials and technical support to access third-party IPTV streams.

Acceptable Use

• Services are for personal, non-commercial use only
• Credentials must not be shared outside your household
• You must not resell or redistribute the service
• You are responsible for ensuring IPTV use complies with local laws

Payment & Refunds

All payments are final once service credentials have been delivered. If we are unable to complete your setup, we will issue a full refund. No refunds are issued for change of mind once service is active.

Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability of third-party streams. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve outages promptly.

Limitation of Liability

DigiTechs Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
